I-6 Receive &file correspondence dated March 24,2023 from Robert Corpora,County Administrator,regarding ARPA Funding Quarterly Reporting and response letter dated April 13,2023. I-7 Town Board to discuss New York State Real Property Tax Exemption for Firefighters and Volunteer Ambulance Workers.Effective December 2022 Governor Hochul signed legislation that allows towns to adopt,after a public hearing,a local law or resolution,a real property tax exemption of up to 10 percent for volunteer firefighters and ambulance workers. Requirements to participate would be due before March of 2024 and the exemption on the Town of Cortlandville portion of Town and County taxes would go into effect for the 2025 tax year. I-8 Resolution to approve Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex (GLSC)Phase 2 Smith Site Development,LLC Payment Application No.7 (ESD Project No.133,379)dated April 7,2023 in the amount of $20,37.70. I-9 Receive &file correspondence dated April 15,2023 from the Cortlandville Fire District regarding recognition to the Cortlandville Water and Highway Departments for their assistance with the recent fire on April 14th. Employees assisted with the tremendous amount of water needed to battle the blaze as well as assisting with a berm for the DEC to capture and remove the water due to potential contaminants. FINAL I-10 Receive &file and Town Board to discuss correspondence from the Cortland County Health Department regarding the Town of Cortlandville entering into an agreement with the Health Department for the Town to become a Closed Point of Distribution (POD).This partnership will allow the distribution of public health assets such as medical countermeasures,drugs,devices,and personal protective equipment for eligible staff and staff’s family members at no cost to the Town.
