b)Receive &file correspondence dated May 09,2023 from the New York
State Legislative Office regarding the Inter-Municipal Shared Services
Mobile Stage Grant between the Town of Cortlandville,The City of
Cortland and Cortland County.The Speaker of the Assembly is in receipt
of the necessary documentation needed for the Town of Cortlandville to
receive capital funding in the amount of $229,605.00 from the State and
Municipal Facilities Program (SAM).

J-6 Receive &file correspondence dated April 24,2023 from Public Employer
Risk Management Association (PERMA),regarding two bills (S.6410,
A.52A)currently before the State Legislature.These bills will allow
PERMA to continue to offer an Alternative Contribution Program (ACP)
and are requesting the Town’s support.
J-7 Accept,with regret,letter of retirement from Patty O’Mara,Aide to
the Supervisor,Fixed Asset Manager &Website Administrator
effective June 05,2023.We thank her for her 32 years of service
and dedication to the Town and wish her the best in her retirement.
J-8 Receive &file request regarding residence at 1314 Bell Drive that had a
water leak in which the water did not go through the Town sewer system.
J-9 Resolution to authorize Supervisor to sign the easement agreement by
and between the Town and Joseph Hage to allow Mr.Hage an easement
for ingress and egress to his new home located at 1210 DaVinci Drive in
the Town over 279 square feet of the adjacent property.

J-10 Resolution to establish the standard work day for an elected official of the
Town of Cortlandville for the year 2023.
J-11 Resolution to approve Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex (GLSC)Phase
2,Smith Site Development,LLC Payment Application No.8 (ESD Project
No.133,379)dated May 10,2023 in the amount of $156,180.52.
J-12 Acknowledge receipt of proposed Local Law,“A Local Law Authorizing
Real Property Tax Exemption for Volunteer Firefighters and Volunteer
Ambulance Service Workers”,and forward to Town and County Planning
for their review and recommendations.
J-13 Receive &file correspondence dated May 12,2023 from the Cortland
County Legislature regarding a State of Emergency Declaration effective
May 12,2023 June 11,2023 in Cortland County.This has been declared
due to the County experiencing a housing crisis with a limited number of
temporary and permanent housing.Cortland County is not capable of
receiving or sustaining any number of migrants and/or asylum seekers.
