Dear Board Members:
I, Larry Drach the Highway Superintendent, would like to have the 2005 International 10-
wheeler dump truck (1HTWXAHTX5J191666) to be put up for action. This is necessary as the
condition of the truck is poor and would require extensive repairs. Due to the trucks age and the
cost of repair needs, it wouldn't be practical to fix.
