caution signs as needed and vocalizing the potential danger in the
working area(s).

Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasures Plan
Prevention: Our facility will take precautions to avoid spills. We will
have training for all employees. The prevention practices will include
the use of drip pans, funnels, and safe storage. Different pans will be
used for used oil and parts covered with solvents. Pans always used
under cars and only allowed to reach the halfway point (MAX). The
usage of funnels to pour oil into a metal drum or tank for disposal. Any
and all oil containers will be stored safely and properly always.
Procedures will be strict to keep work areas clear and safe from
accidents.
Control: To control any and all situations regarding spills there will be
a manager on site at all times. Our team will be trained to handle all
emergency situations safely and effectively. Controlling a spill will be a
responsibility assumed by the person who is most directly involved or
related to said spill.
Countermeasures: Our facility will take actions to countermeasure
any spills. Our procedures will always include cleaning our areas. Our
major "highways" in the repair shop will always be kept clean and
clear. Tools will be promptly placed away when usage is done in order
to keep our surfaces clear. Before oil is used areas will be prepared
for safe procedure.
