As a subrecipient of American Rescue Plan (ARPA) funding from Cortland County, Exhibit C
of the contract requires quarterly reporting to be provided. Please provide the following
information by April 14, 2023 for expenses incurred thru March 31, 2023 for your Gutchess
Park project.
• An itemized list of all expenditures from this grant.
o Provide proof of payment in full to all vendors/contractors. Proof of payment
includes a paid invoice and cancelled check.
o Date of expenditure.
o Amount.
o Description of what/how this expenditure was used to accomplish the intended
project.
• Copies of all permits and licenses required by the Municipality(s) and agreements with
property owners, if not owned by subrecipient, for the work to be performed.
• Before and after pictures, if available.
Note: Personal labor performed by the subrecipient and/or volunteer labor is not an allowable
expense.
