The regular meeting of the Danby Planning Board was held December
18 , 1968 at 7 P . M . at the Danby Town Hall . Members present were : Herb
Muzzy , Mildred Weitzel , Joseph Short , George Arsenault , Marge Epp . Mr .
Liberman a resident of Danby was also present .
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved .
Mr . Liberman has built a new home on the road beyond the Ozefsky
• Farm . He states he would like the Town to improve and care for the portion
of the road in 'front of his home . Mr . Liberman states that he does not think
this road was ever abandoned . He would like the road continued from Ozefsky
Farm to his house only . Mr . Liberman sta4d that he orignally asked that the
road be paved , but now would like it just scraped and crowned .
A letter from Thaler and Thaler Attorneys , was read99stating the
defination of an abandoned road .
After extensive discussion regarding the above mentioned road , Mr . Muzzy
moved that the Planning Board not recommend Mr . Liberman ' s request For the
Town of Danby to maintain and improve the above mentioned road . Seconded
by George Arsenault , and carried .
Meeting was adjourned at 8 : 15 P . M . and followed with a special meeting
between the Danby Town Board and the Danby Planning Board .

Meeting called to order at 10 : 15 P . M .
On a motion by Councilman Donald Makie , the three -day
notice of a Special Town Board Meeting was waived .
Seconded by Councilman Ralph Wilbur . 5 ayes , 0 noes ,
carried .
RESOLUTION #26 ? 75 , 000 . 00 BOND ANTICIPATION NOTE
WEST DANBY WATER DISTRICT
Councilman Donald . ; Makie made the motion that Supervisor
Cortright be authorized to proceed to secure, a Bond Anticipa-
tion Note in the amount if $ 75 , 000 . 00 , the proceeds of which
are to used for the purposes of making payments for the com-
pletion of construction and other costs pertaining thereto
of the West Danby Water District .
Seconded by Councilman Ralph Wilbur .
