matters related to the planned scope and timing of the Town’s audit of
financial statements and compliance for the year ending December 31,
2022.
I-8 Resolution to approve and authorize the Supervisor to sign the
Agreement “Arrangement Letter”between the Town of Cortlandville and
Insero &Company,Certified Public Accountants for the Town audit of
financial statements for the year ending December 31,2022 with an
estimated cost of $19,500.
I-9 Receive &file letter dated March 20,2023 from Ilya Shmulenson,Lime
Hollow Executive Director regarding Critical Environmental Areas.
I-10 Receive &file Aquifer Protection Permit of Cortland Chrysler Dodge Jeep,
Inc.regarding the new construction of auto sales and vehicle repair
facility,located at 3878 Route 281,Tax Map #86.17-01-08.210.Also,
forward to the Town &County Planning Boards for their review and
recommendations.
I-11 Receive &file Aquifer Protection Permit of Cortland Used Cars regarding
the replacement of current automobile sale and service buildings with a
new facility,located at 3600 Route 281,Tax Map #95.12-01-21.000 &
95.12-01-24.000.Also,forward to the Town &County Planning Boards for
their review and recommendations.
I-12 Resolution to amend Town Fee Schedule to add Application for One-Day
Marriage Officiant with a fee of $25.00.Per the recent change in NYS
Domestic Relations Law,effective March 28,2023,providing for the
designation of a one-day marriage license by a Town/City Clerk.

I-13 Resolution to authorize Brian Congdon,Water &Sewer Superintendent to
declare a 2015 Chevy 2500 truck,vin#1GC1KVEG3FF116204 as surplus
and list on Auctions International.This truck will be replaced with a 2023
Chevy 2500 truck,vin#2GC4YNE79P1721770.
I-14 Resolution to adopt annual Private Hydrant Inspection Fee of $75.00 per
hydrant per Brian Congdon,Water &Sewer Superintendent request and
amend the Town Fee Schedule.
I-15 Acknowledge the award of the 2022-2023 JCAP Grant in the amount of
$2,150 to be used towards the purchase of a paper shredder in the
amount of $750.00 and a filing cabinet in the amount of $1,400.00.
I-16 Receive &file submitted quotes for Town Trash Removal and resolution
to award bid to Casella Waste Systems,Inc for $761.00 per month to
service all necessary Town locations.
