Holl, 3657 Luker Road in the amount of $45,048.20 c)Acknowledge correspondence dated March 08, 2023 regarding the 2021 Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Project # 287ED967-21 Seven Valley Specialty Cables (7VSC) twelve-month extension request. The extension will offer the business the additional time required to expand operations and bring on new hires. 1)Receive &file correspondence dated March 10,2023 from the New York State Office of Home and Community Renewal regarding the NYS Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Project #287ED967-21 contract extension request.Said request has been granted with a revised project completion date of April 01, 2024. FINAL I-6 Resolution to declare April as Fair Housing Month. I-7 Acknowledge receipt from NYS Department of State regarding the filing of Local Law No. 1 “A Local Law Amending the Town of Cortlandville’s Chapter 178-76 Zoning Conditional Permit Additional Specific Requirements” and Local Law No. 2 “A Local Law Amending the Town of Cortlandville’s Chapter 86 Fire Prevention and Building Code Administration effective February 14, 2023. I-8 Resolution to approve Plan First Technologies Essential Protection Services Suite - 2 Year License for Sonicwall TZ470 in the amount of $1,445.86 and Managed Backup Services to be billed monthly in the amount of $308.21 I-9 Resolution to approve Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex (GLSC) Phase 2, Smith Site Development, LLC Payment Application No. 6 (ESD Project No. 133,379) dated March 01, 2023 in the amount of $77,295.60. I-10 Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to amend the 2022 Budget and do a final transfer of funds as provided by Megan Johnson, Financial Administrator. I-11 Receive & file correspondence from the Town of Hempstead Assemblyman, Edward P. Ra, dated March 07, 2023 regarding Governor Kathy Hochul’s 2024 Executive Budget proposal referred to as “The New York Housing Compact.” This proposal will allow the state government to override the authority of local zoning laws in regards to building 800,000 homes statewide over the next decade to achieve their target housing growth.
