Fire personnel were dispatched to a local Auto Dealership early Friday morning, January 20th, and were able to get a substantial fire under control within an hour. We commend the Fire Department with all of their heroic efforts in keeping our Town safe. BRAVO! B.Approve the Minutes B-1 Town Board Minutes of January 04, 2023 B-2 Town Board Minutes of January 18, 2023 B-3 Receive & file the Parks & Recreation Commission Minutes of December 13, 2022 C.Purchase Orders FINAL C-1 P.O. # 0213 to Kerri McMahan (The Perfect Mound-TPM) in the amount of $2,000.00 for (4) batting circles C-2 P.O. # 1477 to Royal Motor Company in the amount of $105,590.00 for (2) 2023 Chevrolet 2500 HD Silverado 4WD Standard Box Crew Cabs for the Water & Sewer Department. C-3 P.O. # 1478 to Royal Motor Company in the amount of $105,590.00 for (2) 2023 Chevrolet 2500 HD Silverado 4WD Standard Box Crew Cabs for the Highway Department. I.New Business I-1 Town Clerk I-2 Town Attorney I-3 Town Board Member(s) Report(s) I-4 Town Supervisor I-5 Grants: FINAL I-6 Resolution to authorize Larry Drach, Highway Superintendent to hire Nicholas Gordon as Motor Equipment Operator (MEO) effective January 23, 2023 at a rate of $23.12 per hour. I-7 Receive & file the Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex Phase 2 Field Turf/Chenango Contracting Punch List dated January 19, 2023 and authorize Supervisor to sign the Certificate of Completion. I-8 Resolution to approve Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex Phase 2 FieldTurf USA, Inc. invoice #695441-43 dated December 21, 2022 in the amount of $120,613.74. I-9 Receive & file Cortland County Planning Board Resolution # 23-02 dated January 18, 2023 regarding the Aquifer Protection Permit of Suit-Kote Corporation located at 3911 Route 11, Tax Map # 87.00-03-16.122. Also set a Public Hearing date of February 15, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. to be held at the Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building, 3577 Terrace Road. I-10 Receive & file Aquifer Protection Permit Application of Regan Mixed Use Development regarding the construction of a 4-story mixed use building containing multi-family units and commercial/retail space, located at 978 Route 13, Tax Map # 96.13-01-02.110. Also forward to the Town & County Planning Boards for their review and recommendations. I-11 Receive & file correspondence from Cortland County regarding the (Real Property Tax Law) new notification requirements regarding the senior citizen tax exemption in which every municipal corporation shall send a second notice to each person owning residential property within 30 days prior to the filing deadline of March 1st. (Previously only one notice was required) I-12 Resolution authorizing Supervisor to amend the 2022 Budget and transfer funds as provided by Megan Johnson, Financial Administrator. I-13 Resolution to accept the updated Water & Sewer fee schedule for the Town of Cortlandville. J.Executive Session or Attorney Client Discussion (if needed)
