I-9 Receive & file correspondence dated February 21, 2023 from Cortlandville Fire District regarding the adoption of a resolution regarding the Cortlandville Fire District no longer authorizing the installation or use of any existing dry fire hydrants in the Town of Cortlandville. I-10 Receive & file the Cortland County Planning Department Review & Recommendations dated January 25, 2023 and Cortland County Planning Board Resolution # 23-05 dated February 15, 2023 regarding “A Local Law Amending the Town of Cortlandville’s 178-76 Zoning Conditional Permit Additional Specific Requirements.” The staff recommends denial of this application. I-11 Acknowledge receipt of revised Local Law (“A Local Law Amending the Town of Cortlandville’s Chapter 187-76 Zoning Conditional Permit Additional Specific Requirements”) and forward to Town and County Planning for their review and recommendations. I-12 Acknowledge receipt of the Decision and Order dated February 23, 2023 from the State of New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division Third Judicial Department regarding the decision for Source Renewables. FINAL I-13 Receive & file Resolution #33-23 adopted by the Cortland County Legislature February 23, 2023 regarding the opposition of the Governor’s proposal for the State to retain the eFMAP funding from the Federal Government that is intended to be distributed to all counties. A form letter has been provided requesting the Governor to reverse her proposal. I-14 Resolution to authorize Larry Drach, Highway Superintendent to hire Christopher Gulini of 3531 Kellogg Road as Motor Equipment Operator (MEO) effective March 13, 2023 at a rate of $23.12 per hour. I-15 Resolution to authorize Larry Drach, Highway Superintendent to purchase supplies for box beam guardrails, not to exceed $25,000 to be installed by Highway personnel on Sweeney Road in the Town of Cortlandville. A list of materials has been provided. I-16 Accept Agreement of Expenditures of Highway Monies for the year 2023 in accordance with Section 284 of the Highway Law. I-17 Resolution to eliminate position of second Cortlandville Town Justice Pursuant to section 60-a of Town Law, subject to Permissive Referendum. I-18 Accept with regret, letter of resignation for retirement dated February 26, 2023 from Joan Fitch, Recording Secretary to the Town’s Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals effective March 01, 2023.
