amount of $40,716.70)regarding the 2021 Town-wide Housing
Rehabilitation Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)Project #

pertaining to Regan Mixed Use Development, located at 978 Route 13,

dated January 24, 2023 regarding the Town’s 3G cellular devices no
longer being compatible to communicate with their central station and
authorize the approval to upgrade 4 Starlink Panels pertaining to our
building security for the Town of Cortlandville Town Hall, Water & Sewer
Garage, Lime Hollow Well and Highway Garage through Doyle Security
not to exceed $1,200.00.
I-8 Receive & file correspondence from New York State Department of
Taxation and Finance regarding the 2023 Tentative Special Franchise Full
Values for the Town of Cortlandville.
I-9 Resolution to approve Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex (GLSC) Phase
2 Smith Site Development, LLC Payment Application No. 5 (ESD Project
No. 133,379) dated February 08, 2023 in the amount of $91,379.99.
I-10 Resolution to authorize Megan Johnson, Financial Administrator approval
to make any transfers as needed to get the final expenditures aligned with
the budget. A report will be provided after said transfers.
I-11 Resolution to authorize Megan Johnson, Financial Administrator approval
year round to make transfers below a threshold of $10,000. If transfers
are made, a report will be provided at the next Town Board Meeting.
