AQUIFER PROTECTION PERMIT
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 178-46 of the Code of the Town of
Cortlandville, a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandville,
County of Cortland, New York, at the Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building located at 3577
Terrace Road, Town of Cortlandville, New York, on February 15, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., concerning
an application for an Aquifer Protection Permit.
The application is by Suit-Kote Corporation for the purpose of installing two base asphalt tanks.
The property is described as 3911 Route 11, tax map #87.00-03-16.122.
The property is located within the Aquifer Protection District (Area 1: Primary Aquifer Area) of
the Town of Cortlandville and is in a Zoning District denominated I-2 (General Industrial).
At the time and place of said hearing all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard.
