Two side by side 36' long squash 72" culverts (81"X 59") were blocked and damaged by debris. 118.5 CY of stone debris was also washed down in front of the culverts and into the stream_ Four 101 x 2'W x 6'H rock walls were also eroded and damaged at each end of the outlets. SCOPE OF WORK Utilizing force account labor, equipment, stock materials and purchased materials the applicant will restore the culverts to their pre -disaster condition and then mitigate. Remove 118.5 CY of washed down riprap and stone debris from the upstream portion of the culverts. Remove ten 12.5' guardrails from the road (five sections on each side) and remove 45'L x 20'W stone and oil pavement. Furnish and install two 81" x 59" CMP pipes. Lay 6" gravel sub course and double run chip and seal. Restore roakwall wingwalls. A hazard mitigation proposal is attached to upgrade to a sing 128"x83 CMP and add concrete block wingwalls.
