Hi Michelle and Jen,
Enclosed are my month end reports. Beyond what you see here, I've been in continuing conversations with Ron Walsh to keep moving
forward with both properties next to the driveway of Country Meadows trailer park to get them either fined, or more importantly in
compliance with clean up -unfortunately I don't have better news there.
I'm now finding myself texting back and forth with Mr. Hatfield about the place on the corner of Rte 200 and Rte 38 to get that
eyesore taken care of. We've dodged a bullet of continuing the same 'ole -same -ole with land contracts and less than desirable
tenants with the whole placarding the structure and he's been issued written orders as to what needs to be done in order to comply.
As far as I know the taxes are paid up, so the ball is in his court. I don't want to move to condemn it entirely because the clock
will start ticking for the ultimate ownership by the town when that happens.
I'll keep you posted.

Please find the attached month end reports from my desk. Let me know if th
ere's any questions. As you'll see in the daily log, I finally met Roger H
atfield in person at the 55 Rte 200 property. I told him no work was to be
done without my approval and no one was allowed in the building without m
y say so ... fast forward to this past Wednesday I called him after findin
g out he was back there letting people start to work in there, and told hi
m I'd have him and anyone else arrested for trespass if it happens again.
He's got my marching orders how to comply moving forward.
