General Specs for salt and sand storage building
Bids Due and Opened: Monday, 2/21/11, 7:00 pm at Town Hall
1. Site work will be done by town
2. Concrete work:
Needs to include all rebar, concrete, labor, and heated water or concrete blankets
if done when temperature is below 32 degrees. Done to specs on prints
3. Building:
Building’s steel to be 29 gauge galvalume steel or equivalent
Everything beneath the header must be pressure treated lumber
4. Proof of 1,000,000 liability insurance and workers comp insurance are required
before work begins
5. Concrete work and Building to be bid separately
