Note from Megan regarding March minutes – Still needed from Norma to be posted on City
website.
Public Comment:
• Blake has been working on a google map featuring; pre-approved blank walls, 21 Boxes, current
murals, sculptures, etc. Fields are sortable by colors; eg. Blank walls (blue), Completed walls (green),
etc. It’s web based so multiple people could work on it remotely to plug in all of our known
locations. PAC to discuss further…
• Megan had mentioned the city GIS map also. So we need to discuss the best way forward and
share with whomever.

Murals:
Spencer St bridge. Dennis & Maria Bauser (sp?)
• Colors are great and would really brighten up this area.
• Is overgrowth an issue? Will the finished mural become overgrown with weeds, or will their
perhaps be more maintenance once this improvement is made?
• Suggestion from Caleb, and all agree, that the top/background of the design also feature a color.
To be discussed further and recommended to the artist.
Dryden Road Parking Garage
• Murals are taking shape!
• Caleb took photos of Kelly Cox Brady’s work in progress
• Lots of people ready to start! We should coordinate taking photos of new works for PR. PAC to
discuss further…
Ramiro Mural
• PAC should discuss the proposed budget $900
• 10’ x 40’ wall would be preferable if possible.

• PAC to suggest more suitable walls – also subject matter, eg. Owl illustration? PAC members
need to pick some locations and email photos, dimensions, suggestions as a follow up. PAC
to discuss further…

Other Business:
• PAC meeting time is an ongoing issue for; Cynthia, Grace, Megan. At the moment it is suggested
to keep as is. Can still try another doodle poll if need be.
• Suggested that when PAC is voting if a member cannot be present, that they call in if that is
agreeable.
• What are the current time limit expirations for current PAC members? Is it possible to find out
from Megan?
• Two more current 21 Boxes pieces are due to be removed be DPW. Ask Megan IF it is possible to
keep these if possible to salvage.
• Jay requested that ‘Get-Up State’ be a brief agenda item for next meeting. Scheduled to take place
September 25-27 2015.

• Community Rejuvenation Project. Caleb’s friend Dezi from Oakland, CA painting all weekend at
the classrooms space at Greenstar!
