Motion: A motion was made to table the hearing, at the request of the applicant. As presented to the Board, the Board
was not p ersuaded to grant the variance request. Board members want: (1) the applicant to try to find alternatives to
placing p
lacin the heat dump radiator at the rear yard of the building; and (2) proof this is the only place the heat dump radiator
can be p
. laced Such roof should include, but not be limited to, a structural engineering analysis of the roof structure and a
p
professional cost estimate of placing the radiator on the roof. The applicant should consider adding equipment to mitigate
heat and noise so that the operation of the cooling and heating system will not affect tenants and /or the public, or exceed
the noise limitations set by City Code, providing proof that the Noise Ordinance limitations are not exceeded at the
applicant's rear property line. The applicant is strongly encouraged not to return to the Board, until such additional

information requested at the September 1, 2015 hearing can be provided by the applicant. Please be aware the earliest
time this appeal can be continued wfli be at the November 3, 2015 hearing. All new information for the Board's
consideration must be submitted to Charles Pyott in the Planning Office by 2:00 p.m. on September 19, 2015, to return to
the Board in November. Please be aware that if you choose to continue your appeal, you will have to pay an additional
$150 to have the case re- advertised and you will be required to send another mailing to interested parties.
