Requirement for Which Variance is Requested: All required off-street parking shall be on the same lot
as the use that requires the off-street parking.
Applicable Section of City Zoning Code: §325-20 D. (4)
Public Hearing: No one spoke in favor or against the appeal. The Zoning Appeal packets contain a letter
from the neighbors supporting the project.
Motion: A motion to grant the variance requests was made by Moriah Tebor.
Environmental Review: Type: Unlisted Action. No significant impact on environment and a Negative
Declaration for purposes of Article 8., Environmental Conservation Law.
Planning & Development Board Recommendation: Board enthusiastically supports granting this
variance. Planning Board requests modification to improve the project and to meet long-term'planriing
objectives
