MINUTES, November 7, 2012
Attendance: Sue, Cindy, with input from Judy Hyman
Sue researched many of the questions in the document "Statistics we need updated
from the Enfield C.P. of 2001" in advance of the meeting and shared copies of the data
with the Planning Board and citizens at the meeting.
We looked demographic data Sue has gathered and discussed need to identify/tag the
questions that will need more analysis and/or assistance from the County Planning
Department staff or Dan Walker
Sue provided copies of the NYS Department of Transportation Local Roads Listing for
the Town of Enfield. The list is arranged according to town or county jurisdiction - i.e.
who is responsible for maintenance. Discussed adding this type of exhibit to the new
C.P. appendix.
We decided to produce a word version of the current C.P. so that we can insert/highlight
new data, mark the areas where more assistance/expertise is needed, cite sources of
information (i.e. links to census data).
We will ask Vera about her availability so we can set up a time/place to meet before the
December planning board meeting.
