AUDIT MEETING
December 30 , 1965
The Annual Audit meeting of the Town Board of the Town
of Danby was held at the Town Hall , Thursday , December 30 , 1965
at 8 : 00 P . M . and called to order by Supervisor James H . Cortright .
The following books were audited : Rhoda Larson , Tax Collector ;
Harry Hatfield , Zoning Officer ; Dorothy Roberts , Town Clerk ;
Henry Makarainen , Justice of the Peace ; and Moses Peter , Justice
of the Peace ; James H . Cortright , Supervisor .
• Resolution # 10 Blanket Resolution ( General Fund )
The Supervisor is authorized to make all necessary transfers
for the purpose of balancing Budgetary Items within the
General Fund
Moved by : Peter , Seconded by : Barber . 5 ayes , 0 noes , carried .
Resolution # 11 Transfer of Funds ( Highway )
The Supervisor is authorized to made said transfers on
his books .

carried .
Resolution # 12 Ammendment to Resolution # 6
West Danby Water District
The Supervisor is authorized to act in such matters
on behalf of the Town of Danby in the establishment
of a temporary Water District in West Danby for the
purpose of preparing an engineering plan , making
preliminary plans for financing a permanent Water
District .
