1. Update on Town Board’s review of Temporary Easement
Tax Abatement; what to post on website for existing tax
reductions - Gagnon
2. Status of DEC approval of Timber Harvesting law –
Schaufler
3. Update from sub-committee on monitoring – Corbit and
Zisk (others?)
4. Updates on Easements – from leads on on-going easements
5. Report on status of checklist to trigger CAC involvement in
Town Planning/Land use discussions - Zisk
6. Status of NYSACC conference follow-ups – Keokosky

7. Group discussion continued on Enabling Legislation for
CAC and goals of Danby Comprehensive Plan. Continuing
session on revisioning of CAC mission and message for CAC
web page.

regular part of our meeting, we ask that your comments pertain to the subject at hand, and
