Superintendent of Public Works - Gray
Deputy Controller - Thayer
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Vice-Chair Leonardo led all present in the Pledge of Allegiance
to the American flag.
Notice of Award of Bid for Spencer Street Retaining Wall and
Sidewalks
By Commissioner Leonardo: Seconded by Commissioner Beach
WHEREAS, bids were received on November 19, 2001 for the West
Spencer Street Retaining Wall and Sidewalk, and
WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the bids and have determined that
McPherson, the only bidder, does meet specifications; now,
therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the Board of Public Works hereby awards the bid
for West Spencer Street Retaining Wall and Sidewalk to McPherson
Builders, Inc. 710 Willow Avenue; Ithaca, NY 14850, for their
bid of $ 79,706.62, and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Board authorize the Superintendent of Public
Works to enter into an agreement with McPherson Builders, Inc.

ADJOURNMENT:
On a motion the meeting adjourned at 4:45 p.m.
