BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS PROCEEDINGS
CITY OF ITHACA, NEW YORK
Special Meeting 5:00 p.m. April 7, 1998

Mayor Cohen
Commissioners (6) Ehrhardt, Jenkins, Leonardo, Smith, Vargas,

OTHERS PRESENT:
Superintendent of Public Works-Gray
City Clerk-Conley Holcomb
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Cohen led all present in the Pledge of Allegiance to the
American Flag
SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS:
Award of Bid for Cass Park Pool Deck Reconstruction:
By Commissioner Ehrhardt: Seconded by Commissioner Gutenberger
WHEREAS, bids were received on March 30,1998 for the Cass Park
Pool Repairs, and
WHEREAS, staff is recommending that the low bidder be awarded the
bid for the Cass Park Pool Repairs; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Board of Public Works hereby awards the Cass
Park Pool Repair bid to McPherson Builders, 710 Willow Avenue;
Ithaca,NY for their low bid of $23,409.29; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Board authorizes the Superintendent to enter
into an agreement.
Carried Unanimously
ADJOURNMENT:
On a motion the meeting adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
