PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Mayor Cohen led all present in the Pledge of Allegiance to the
American flag.
SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS:
Possible Motion to Enter into Executive Session to Discuss
Pending Litigation.
There was not a quorum present to conduct business.
ADJOURNMENT:
On a motion the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
