PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Acting Mayor Sams led all present in the Pledge of
Allegiance to the American flag.
SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS:
Executive Session
By Alderperson Vaughan: Seconded by Alderperson Spielholz
RESOLVED, That Common Council adjourn into Executive Session
to discussion the employment history of an individual
employee.
Carried Unanimously
Reconvene:
Common Council reconvened into Regular Session and brought
forth the following Resolution:
Resolution to Adjust the Hours of the Personnel
Administrator
By Alderperson Vaughan: Seconded by Alderperson Marcham
RESOLVED, That the workweek for Personnel Administrator
Valerie Saul be reduced from 35 hours to 28 hours per week
effective July 6, 1998.
Carried Unanimously
