SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS: Fall Creek Hy ropower Plant By Alderman Dennis: Seconded by Alderman Killeen WHEREAS, Common Council has authorized the ]'l anni.ng and Development; Department to pursue City control. of the proposed. hydropower plant on Fall Creek, and WHEREAS, it has become apparent that the City wi.l.l need to submit a. license application to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission by October 4, 1982, in order to maintain the option of ga.i.ni.��)T Such control over said. plant, and WHEREAS, Common Council has authorized. Hall:iwell. Associates, Inc., to provide the engineering services necessary in preparing a. license NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Common Councij a.ut:l,.orizes and. directs the Mayor to submit said license application to the Federal.
