s-oecial session was to consider and act on the

additional 4?o penalty.
There was a brief discussion.

Ithaca City Charter and the State Tax Law,anplicable
thereto, '
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ca:.1�:,on Council hereby
waives the collection of the ac.%itional 4o penalty
for overdue payment of State and County taxes, from
:larch 14 to April 14 inclusive, and be it further,
RESOLVED, that the City Chmzberlain be and he
hereby is authorized to accept and collect the
curse- t State and County taxes at the regular legal
fee of 1% to and including April 14, 1933 a-nd,
beginning April 15, 1933, he shall collect the
reula.r 5 jo fee.
