Bond Issue
A Depository Bond was received fro..i ti:e Ithaca Trust
Company, duly approved and ordered filed. ;'The Cleric re»orted
that the Board of Public 'for?:s and t--"-,e Bureau had a-a�roved
12 additional yzori-C )rejects and that requested that the
Ca,a-:lon Council app )rove the same. and provide the necessary
funds to undert aire the tvori:. The various projects were
carefully reviewed.

RESOLVED: that items 15,16, 20, 23, 24, 25 and 26 in tine
total su11 of $30, 072 be a--,-id tale same ^.re hereby apl)roved, and
whereas there is no money available to pay the cost of such crorh
now therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that nursua:a.t to Section 10
of Chapter 795 of t1le Laws of 1931 the City CleriL is hereby
authorized to bo=—ow, by interest bearin` notes on behalf of
the City, a sun or surfs from ti-,:1e to tine sufficie;lt to :;Zeet
the cost of these -projects;the aggregate total of such notes
shall not exceed X30, 672. and the faith and credit of U
of Ithaca are hereby pledged for the na.yment of interest
thereon and the co.::rDlete redem-Dtion thereof ,within a period of
not to exceed three years from this date.
