Cortlandville Comprehensive Implementation Committee
Present Weber, Baryliski, Kenyon ,Cobb and Town Attorney Delvechio
Attorney Delvechio spoke about changing the Rt13 corridor from Bennie Road to The
Town of Virgil Line to a B3 district.
We noted that we had discussed creating a B2A district which would be more suited for
the area with Hotel, Motel Restaurant, Recreational Venues, Etc. restricting Big Box retail etc.
more suited for small retail of!0,000 sq ft or less. Zoning Laws would need to be changed.
We decided that we would need a park overlay for Gutchess Lumber.
