Discussion on CEA Critical Environmental Area page 5-1 a-Wellhead Protection Area
The town is adopting a revised Wellhead Protection. Suggest setting the Wellhead areas as a
CEA-b.A-R No CEA but must look into travel times for aquifer to wellhead.
1c. Conservation Residential suggest rezoning to 2.4 acres for R1 on septic and well
also requiring 30,000 sq ft and using whatever requirements the County Health Department
requires.Also CR needs 4 acres and the AG district would require 5 acres.
