We write to inform the Town of Cortlandville that Ray Energy Corp. is hereby withdrawing the
following applications pending with the Town of Cortlandville:
Aquifer Protection District Special Permit application
Development Permit for Flood Hazard Areas application
Conditional Permit application
Ray Energy Corp. thanks the Town of Cortlandville for its time and effort in the prior review and
consideration of these applications.
Please provide the undersigned with a status on the escrow account established by Ray Energy
Corp. for the review of these applications. We would like to coordinate with you on the return of all
remaining escrow funds.
