Attorneys at Law regarding the withdrawal of applications for Ray Energy Corporation as listed below: 1)Aquifer Protection District Special Permit Application 2)Development Permit for Flood Hazard Areas Application 3)Conditional Permit Application I-7 Town Board to discuss correspondence dated October 27, 2022, submitted by Megan Johnson, Financial Administrator regarding Paychex Time and Attendance added feature Paychex Iris Time Clock (!800 Clock). This device will be most beneficial for the Highway Garage in integrating a new Clock In system compatible with Paychex. Lease cost is $150.00 per month per device (all maintenance included). Purchase cost is a one time fee of $2,200 (optional maintenance for $360.00 annually). I-8 Receive, file and discuss Bid Documents submitted by Route 13 Rocks, DBA Cortlandville Sand & Gravel for the sale of 6,000 +/- yards of unscreened topsoil that was declared surplus from the construction of Phase 1 and Phase 2 at Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex. Submitted bid is $5.00 per yard. I-9 Resolution to authorize Larry Drach, Highway Superintendent to purchase gravel from Cortland Sand & Gravel with a cost up to $12,000. This will be used at Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex to build a temporary parking lot for the new baseball fields. I-10 Receive & file correspondence dated November 07, 2022 from the Town Board of the Town of Groton regarding a public hearing scheduled for November 15, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for proposed Local Law #2 of 2022 for the purpose of imposing a six month moratorium on Commercial Solar Energy Systems. I-11 Resolution to acknowledge successful completion of six month probationary period for Kathleen M.A. Timmerman, Deputy Town Clerk as of November 19, 2022 and authorize compensation in the amount of $500.00. I-12 Resolution to authorize the Cortlandville Highway Department to build baseball dugouts for the two new fields at Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex with a cost up to $25,000.
