On behalf of Chair Rory M. Christian, thank you for your letter dated October 14, 2022,
regarding the proceeding on the New York State Electric & Gas Corporation's (NYSEG) latest
rate filing. You write in opposition to the proposed changes filed with the Public Service
Commission and state that this increase will not only add to the financial stress but also have a
severe impact on residents and business owner's ability to maintain their standard of living.
I appreciate your interest in these important issues. Your comments have been included
