SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING NOTICE
October 31, 2022 — 4:00 p.m.
Please take notice that the Supervisor of the Town of Cortlandville has scheduled a Special
Town Board Meeting for October 31, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. to be held at the Peter Alteri Jr.
Municipal Garage located at 3587 Terrace Road, Cortland, New York. The purpose of the
meeting is to discuss a change order for the Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex and
correspondence from the Cortland County IDA regarding payment in -lieu of tax (PILOT)
agreements in Cortland County.
