Administrative: During this quarter the Enfield Community Council spent $300.31. This includes postage stamps, carpet cleaning of the community building and a repair of the outside entryway - downstairs - of the community building. Summer Camp: No money was spent this quarter. We are now starting to plan for Summer Camp. Due to the shortage of lifeguards, last summer,a lifeguard training proposal has been written by the TCYB to have Newfield, Enfield and Danby sponsor a lifeguard training course to be offered at the Ithaca College Pool. This proposal is still in the works and not yet confirmed. This would guarantee us a lifeguard for our Summer Camp 2001. Teen Program (This includes MJF - Youth Employment & Enrichment Program) During this quarter we spent $1,423.12 on our Teen Program, $1,355.71 on our MJF - Youth Employment Program, and $1,372.33 on our Enrichment Program. Please find attached Shannon McSurely's detailed Program Reports for October, November and December, 2000 and Cooperative Extension's Statement of Operations for December 2000. Sponsored Programs: Enfield Elementary School E.C.C. purchased 45 Basketball Jerseys for the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade basketball teams. The cos%was $585.00. The cost was a little higher than usual because the jerseys are of better quality and will last for several years. The kids will turn them in at the end of the season.
