If the Town operates one or more vehicles, it shall furnish
proof of business auto insurance with a combined -'single
limit of not less than $500,000for bodily injury and
property damage, including non -owned and hired autos:

B+ or better. All certificates of i-nsurance shall -be -signed -
by an a,=_theorized agent or representative of the insurance -
Carr ier.

All certificates of incurance.shall:-be on fil-e prior to, the
commencement of worm or =service covered by th-is contract.
Immediate written notice shall be provided to the County of
any cancellation of the above insurances
