I-6 Acknowledge and discuss correspondence from Kevin McMahon, Code Enforcement Officer, dated September 22, 2022 regarding a Permit Fee Refund Request submitted by Town resident Cheryl Barber, 3433 Page Green Road. Cheryl seeks a full refund of $76.00 for a building permit that was issued on July 26, 2022 for an above ground swimming pool in which the project was canceled due to unforeseen costs. I-7 Resolution to revise 2022 Notice of Town Board Meetings Schedule adopted December 29, 2021 to reflect the first Town Board Meeting in November as November 09, 2022, immediately following election day, November 08, 2022. At the October 19th Town Board meeting a Public Hearing will be set for November 9th meeting regarding the 2023 Preliminary Budget. I-8 Authorize Supervisor to sign Work Change Directive No. 2 dated September 20, 2022 in regards to Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex Phase 2, adjusting the size of the dugout pads to correspond to the Town built dugouts. FINAL I-9 Receive, review & discuss correspondence from the New York State Department of Public Service dated August, 2022 regarding proposed changes to annual electric and natural gas delivery rates and practices,to be effective May 1,2023.New York State Electric &Gas Corporation (NYSEG)proposes to increase electric delivery revenue by approximately 31%and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation (RG&E) proposes to increase electric delivery revenue by approximately 19%. Further information can be found on our Town of Cortlandville website, virtual public hearings will be held as follows: -Thursday, September 15, 2022 - 1:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m. -Wednesday, September 28, 2022 - 1:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m. -Tuesday, October 18, 2022 - 1:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m I-10 Resolution to waive Inspection and Permitting fees associated with local BOCES student-built modular homes during the construction phase. I-11 Review, discuss & authorize Supervisor to sign Clough Harbor Associates (CHA) Extra Work Authorization, Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex Parking Lot, CHA Project No. 31591 for a total amount of $79,375.00. This project will consist of extending an internal access road and constructing a large main parking lot to service all four baseball fields. I-12 Receive & file the Cortlandville Fire District’s 2023 Proposed Budget dated September 17, 2022 I-13 Receive & file Aquifer Protection Permit Application of Regan Development Corporation regarding the construction of a 4 story mixed-use building, containing 68 multi-family units and 6,278 square feet of commercial/retail space on the first floor, with a total square footage of 86,544 as well as surface parking lots, located at 978 Route 13, Tax Map # 96.13-01-02.110. Also, forward to the Town & County Planning Boards for their review and recommendations. I-14 Receive & file Aquifer Protection Permit Application of Essex Steel Corporation, Inc. regarding the construction of a new 96’-3 x 63’ 22’/18’ cold storage pre-engineered metal building to house the operations of Essex Structural Steel Corporation, Inc. with a functional space of approximately 6,480 square feet, located at 607 Route 13, Tax Map # 105.00-03-12.000. Also, forward to the Town & County Planning Boards for their review & recommendations. I-15 Review and approve proposal for updated survey by Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC, dated September 22, 2022 regarding the Water Quality Improvement Project Grant. Total proposed amount to complete the scope of basic services is a fee of $4,000.00. FINAL I-16 Resolution to declare 5,000 - 6,000 yards of topsoil at Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex, 3111 Byrne Hollow Crossing as surplus and authorize the Town to sell said topsoil. I-17 Receive, file and discuss proposed Local Law, Private Fire Hydrants in the Town of Cortlandville. I-18 Resolution to rescind Town Board Resolution #260 of 2022, “Approve modification of income eligibility for senior citizens tax exemption requirements for the Town of Cortlandville.” I-19 Set a Public Hearing date of October 19, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. regarding the modification of the real property exemption from taxation for persons over the age of 65 years in the Town of Cortlandville I-20 Schedule a Special Town Board Meeting - Budget Workshop, October 18, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. held in the Peter Alteri Jr. Municipal Garage.
