Henry ,1614 Oakcrest Street, in the amount of $24,985.00 regarding the 2008 Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program. b.)Receive & file correspondence dated October 13, 2022 from New York State Homes & Community Renewal regarding the Town’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Program, Project #287ED967-21. Lindsay Kirk has been assigned as our new Grant Administrator. c.)Authorize Supervisor to sign the “New Applicant Approval Request” regarding the Town’s 2021 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Program (Project #287HR317-21) for the following: 1) Sareta Leet, 3490 Kellogg Road, Cortland, New York in the amount of $26,253.20. 2) Ethel Weibly, 849 Route 222, Cortland, New York in the amount of $38,330.80. I-6 Receive & file correspondence from the Town of Solon, dated October 5, 2022, submitted by the Cortlandville Town Clerk regarding the termination of the 2020 Fire Protection Agreement with the Town of Cortlandville and forward to the Cortlandville Fire Department for discussion. FINAL I-7 Set a Public Hearing date of November 09, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. to be held at the Peter Alteri Jr. Municipal Garage, 3587 Terrace Road regarding the 2023 Preliminary Budget. I-8 Authorize Supervisor to sign Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex (GLSC) Phase 2 Smith Site Development, LLC Payment Application No. 2 (ESD Project No. 133,379) dated October 07, 2022, in the amount of $914,331.99. I-9 Receive & file correspondence dated October 14, 2022 on behalf of the Town, addressed to Honorable Kathleen Burgess, Secretary to the New York State Public Service Commission, regarding the proposed increase in electric delivery and natural gas delivery revenue. I-10 Receive and file correspondence dated October 12, 2022 submitted by the Town Clerk regarding completed 2023 Benefit Tax calculations for the Town of Cortlandville. Projected 2023 Sewer Benefit Tax is $56.96/unit. Projected 2023 Water Benefit Tax is $20.35/unit. The 2023 Benefit Tax Report will be forwarded to Laura Fox, Director of Real Property Tax Services for Cortland County. I-11 Reschedule Public Hearing date of October 19, 2022 to November 09, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. to be held at the Peter Alteri Jr. Municipal Garage, 3587 Terrace Road, regarding the modification of the real property exemption from taxation for persons over the age of 65 years in the Town of Cortlandville. I-12 Authorize Supervisor to sign Sponsorship Agreement, dated October 19, 2022, between the Town of Cortlandville (the “Host”) and Guthrie Clinic (the “Sponsor”) regarding Sponsorship Benefits for Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex. I-13 Acknowledge receipt of proposed Local Law, “A Local Law Adopting the Town of Cortlandville’s Private Fire Hydrant Law in the Town of Cortlandville, New York, and forward to Town and County Planning for their review and recommendations. I-14 Receive and file correspondence date October 4, 2022 from the Public Employer Risk Management Association (PERMA) regarding advocacy for veto of bill number S.768/A.1118, which would change the definition of temporary total disability. A letter to be sent to Governor ’s Counsel, Elizabeth Fine, in support of vetoing related bill. FINAL I-15 Authorize Supervisor to sign Agreement, dated October 19, 2022 between the Town of Cortlandville (the “Grantor”) and Joseph Hage (the “Grantee”) of 21 Pleasant Street, Cortland, New York regarding the Easement & Permanent Easement and Right-of-Way for Construction of Water Mains on 1.10 acres of Town owned property, located on Davinci Drive, Tax Map # 76.14-04-04.000. Mr. Hage is building a house at the base of Davinci Drive and needs easements for water and electric lines which will service his house. I-16 Accept, with regret, letter of retirement from Jeffrey I. MacLean, Town Water & Sewer Department. His last day of employment will be November 10, 2022, we hope that Jeff enjoys retirement. J.Executive Session
