This letter serves as notification of termination of the aforementioned contract, effective three
months from the date received.
This notification complies with the minimum period required by our agreement
All outstanding requirements of the contract should be fulfilled by the parties prior to
termination, including but not limited to, a pro-rata payment/refund of the annual amounts set
forth in the contract shall be returned/paid on or before the effective date of termination.
