CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by H . Stillwell Brown
at 8 : 30 PM .
i . i2, UTES The minutes of the December 9 meeting were read and
approved .

REPORTS ;era Cortright reported that options have been sought on
sone of the land for sanitary landfills and that he would
proceed to get the real estate agent to act im ediately .
:Ira Short presented fro 1 "aki U s narrative report on
Jennings 2ond . A notion was made to turn over the report
to the Town Boards asking the com7Attee to continue its
work . , otion carried .
Era Brown reported that the report on 'douse numbering
must be delayed until final land use plan is completed .
1' r . Brown also reported that preliminary findings show
that people in central Danby prefer the old school site
for the community center .
DISCUSION " The Zoning Ordinance : ' rinci - 1es for Review " was ilis -'
cussed . There were a number of sugestions for additions
