Helms G.Communications H.Old Business I.New Business FINAL I-1 Town Clerk I-2 Town Attorney I-3 Town Board Member(s) Report(s) I-4 Town Supervisor I-5 Grants: a.Receive & file Grant Agreement 6 Month Completion Notice dated September 15,2022 from New York State Office of Community Renewal (OCR)regarding the NYS CDBG project #287ED967-21,Seven Valley Specialty Cables,LLC. The project is set to be completed on March 10, 2023. I-6 Authorize Supervisor to sign Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex (GLSC) Phase 2 Smith Site Development, LLC Payment Application No. 1 (ESD Project No. 133.379) dated September 07, 2022, in the amount of $166,452.78. I-7 Resolution acknowledging and honoring of Alton B. Parker, former Chief Judge of the New York Court of Appeals, New York’s highest court. He also was the Democratic candidate for President of the United States in 1904. A dedication ceremony will be held on October 5th at the Cortland County Courthouse. A plaque will be displayed at the Cortland County Courthouse Main Courtroom commemorating his career and recognizing his many connections to our local community. I-8 Authorize Supervisor to sign Extra Work Authorization No. 5/2023 and 2024 Post-Closure Monitoring for the South Hill Dump Site, dated September 09, 2022 (CHA Project No. 034236) in the amount of $1,800 for 2023 and $14,000 for 2024. I-9 Acknowledge letter from Highway Superintendent, Larry Drach, dated September 08, 2022 and authorize approval of purchase for an overhead door in the amount of $8,383.70 from Genson Overhead Door. This was discussed at the September 7th Town Board Meeting. I-10 Town Board to discuss selling 5,000-6,000 yards of Town surplus topsoil located at Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex (GLSC). I-11 Town Board to discuss the painting of the interior of Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building (Town Hall) and review proposals dated September 19, 2022 submitted by Painting by Potter, Rivers Painting of CNY, Inc & Donald Romer Painting. FINAL J.Executive Session
