The study has been completed and it has been determined that the posted speed limit of 45 mph will remain I-12 Rescind Resolution #226 of 2022 adopted at the August 03, 2022 Town Board Meeting and adopt new Resolution authorizing Recreation Director to hire two part-time summer laborers for the purpose of cleaning at the Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex (GLSC) and other Town Parks, at the rate of $17.00 per hour I-13 Authorize Supervisor to sign the 2022 Contract/Agreement between the Town of Cortlandville and the City of Cortland Youth Bureau in the amount of $80,340 I-14 Approve Professional Service Agreement between the Town of Cortlandville and Zelvin Security, LLC to provide an “External Vulnerability Assessment” of the Town’s internet infrastructure for the cost of $800.00. The Town’s Cyber Security Insurance requires this audit annually to maintain our insurance a.Authorize Town Clerk to sign Zelvin Security,LLC Professional Service Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement J.Executive Session
