existing Allis Chalmers pumps. Scope of work to include removal of existing
pump and demo if existing concrete pad as necessary, install pins and anchors
in existing concrete pad and pour new pad over existing, mounting of pump
assembly with stainless steel anchor bolts and grouting. suction piping to be
modified as necessary and install one, 2 inch tap via saddle for venting air and
installing suction gauge. supply and install new Fiomatic 10 inch lever & weight
check valve with air cushion in the vertical orientation and supply necessary
piping and fittings to connect to existing discharge isolation valves. Price
Includes all prevailing wage labor, equipment and fittings to complete work
outllned.

Field Service Call Replacement of suction and discharge valves with 12" Flomatic plug valves.

The existing suction valves will be abandoned in place and the new suction
valves will be provided with hand wheel operators. The discharge valves will be
provided with chain wheel operators. The customer to decide if existing valves
to be abandoned in place as well or bypass this system to allow the old valves
to be removed. Due to the order of construction, the system would need to be
bypassed 3 times or for the duration of work. Bypass pumping and set-up not
included in this price.
