Meeting called to order at 4:00 p.m.
Agenda Item: Discuss and Consider Approval of a Contract Template Between Ithaca College and the
Town of Ithaca to allow students to film at Town property and approval for the Town Supervisor to
sign same.''
TB Resolution No. 2015 -015: Approval of a standard contract form between Ithaca College, the Town
of Ithaca and a Film Student for student filming on town-owned propertv and authorizing the
Supervisor to sign same
Whereas the Town routinely receives requests from Ithaca College film students to use town-owned
property for the filming of their final projects, and
Whereas the Attorney for the Town has prepared a contract form to provide some protection to the
Town and outlined certain requirements to be met by the students and the college, and
Whereas the Town Board has reviewed the contract form and determined it is acceptable, now
therefore be it
Resolved that the Town Board hereby approves the contract form described above and authorizes the
Town Supervisor to sign on behalf of the Town, and be it further
Resolved that the authorization for the Town Supervisor to sign this contract shall remain in effect
through the date of the 2016 Organizational Meeting of the Town Board and shall be added to the list of
routine contracts the Town Supervisor is authorized to sign.
