permit application fee for an above ground pool permit. No site work has been done in
preparation of the above ground pool and as stated, a refund for the down payment to cancel the
pool order has been received by the owner from the distributor/installer.

subsidize the time and research spent for review of Zoning and Code Compliance, processing
and inspections for said projects.
