To Consider the Town’s acquisition of interim rights to use land owned by New York State Electric and Gas (NYSEG) in con-
nection with the proposed extension of the South Hill Recreation Way along the former Delaware, Lackawanna, and Western
Railroad….for walking, hiking, jogging, bicycling and cross-county skiing, all recreational activities permissible along the trail.
