ON TUESDAY JANUARY 14, 2020 AT DANBY TOWN HALL, 1830 DANBY ROAD, TOWN OF DANBY, NEW YORK. AGENDA • CALL TO ORDER • INTRODUCTION OF OLD AND NEW MEMBER(S) AND CHAIR • AGENDA REVIEW: ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS* • PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR** • APPROVAL OF MINUTES: NOVEMBER 12, 2019 AND DECEMBER 10, 2019, (GATHERING) AVAILABLE AT http://townofdanbyny.org/content/Boards/CAC • REPORTS AND UPDATES Ø 2019 Annual Report – Matt Ulinski Ø New Chairperson – Clare Fewtrell Ø Discussion of Plans and Goals for 2020: i. Open Space Inventory – Joel Gagnon & Jason Haremza ii. Should we pursue becoming a Conservation Board (CB)? iii. More easements and posting signs at easements. iv. Proposed Danby Planning Group – Joel Gagnon v. Interactions between the CAC & Planning board (covered by iv.?) vi. Ash tree harvest at the West Danby Water Board property – Joel Gagnon vii. Others? Ø Follow-Up on Completed Easement Monitoring Forms – Clare Fewtrell Ø Follow-up on Clare Fewtrell’s Easement Proposal – Clare Fewtrell Ø Other Easement Prospects – A number of possibilities have been mentioned by various people. It would be good if everyone could think about this and come up with names, addresses and Tax map #s, so that we can compile a list of prospects and set priorities.
