This area has been in question so I reviewed the drawings and 3,475 SF are projected to be
finished space in this phase of construction. The current budget cost is $365,000 + $15,000
+ $2,000= $382,000. The Septic System is being designed by Gary Bush, PE. See areas in
grey below.

Can you send me the email for the new inspector who began his post this week I think? With
all this flurry of activity, I still am delivery the basement plan that I thought was in the
original set Anthony gave to town officials. This plan has not changed.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town of Danby Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at
7PM on December 19, 2019 at the Danby Town Hall, 1830 Danby Road, Ithaca, NY, to hear all
citizens and interested parties regarding the following proposed action:
Site Plan Review of the property at the southwest corner of Danby Road and Beardsley Lane,
tax parcel 2.-1-9.22, related to a subdivision approved by the Planning Board in August 2004.
The proposed project is a new 2,800 square foot single family house with two stories above
ground plus a walkout basement (ground level).
Per the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) (6 CRR -NY 617.5(c)(11)), as well as
Local Law #2 of 1991, Section VI (Providing for Environmental Review in the Town of Danby),
this project is a Type II Action and no further environmental review is required.
Per New York State General Municipal Law Section 239, and due to the project location within
500 feet of a state road, this project was referred to the Tompkins County Department of
Planning and Sustainability for review, comment, and recommendations.
