NOTICE OF MEETING
A meeting of the Town of Danby Board of Zoning Appeals will be held
at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at Danby Town Hall, 1830
Danby Road, Town of Danby, New York.
AGENDA:
1. Call to Order
2. Approval of Meeting Minutes – October 22, 2019
3. Deliberations on the Appeal of Zoning Officer Interpretation. Appeal by David Jordan, Owner,
of a Zoning Officer determination and interpretation dated August 2, 2019 regarding the
proposed use of 1582 Danby Road (Tax Parcel 7.1-1-11) for a farm cidery tasting room by Rogue
Creek Cidery. The property is in the Low Density Residential Zone. Note: this meeting will be
the continued deliberations of the BZA October 22, 2019. No additional public testimony will be
taken on November 12, 2019.
