AQUIFER PROTECTION PERMIT
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 178-46 of the Code of the Town of
Cortlandville, a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandville,
County of Cortland, New York, at the Peter Aheri Jr. Municipal Garage located at 3587 Terrace
Road, Town of Cortlandville, New York, on September 7, 2022 at 5:00 p.m., concerning an
application for an Aquifer Protection Permit.
The application is by Compagni Land Development LLC for the purpose constructing additional
warehouse storage space onto an existing building as well as paving a small additional parking
lot space. The property is described as 3737 Luker Road, tax map #95.08-01-16.000.
The property is located within the Aquifer Protection District (Area 1: Primary Aquifer Area) of
the Town of Cortlandville, is within the Wellhead Protection Zone (Zone 1 a), and is in a Zoning
District denominated B-3 (Planned Commercial Business).
At the time and place of said hearing all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard.
